250 grams grated carrot
1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tspn baking powder
1 tspn baking soda
2 tspn cinnamon
3/4 cup walnuts
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add walnuts and carrots. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
When cool ice with
125 grams cream cheese
rounded tspn butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 tspn icing sugar.
